Hands Across the Water

Sunday, Nov 5th was transformational for the Ottawa Valley. Our Pontiac neighbors across the river elected Jane Toller as their new Warden and Martin Bertrand as councillor on Grand Calumet Island. For the past 30 years I have tried, without success, to forge a tourism strategy encompassing both sides of the river. Now, that will happen. This election will have a huge impact to both sides of the river.

It is now time for our Council to deliver on their promise of a Development Committee for Whitewater Region. If Council is waiting for the right time, IT IS NOW!
Joe
