RAFTERS GRAND RE-OPENING

It was more than 30 years ago Rafters was built, skillfully by Martin and Archie Vereyken, John Kanaar, Doug Broome and many local tradesmen. The name comes from the large square beams, old time rafters driving the logs and modern day rafters who will challenge especially high water this year. Rafters is a tribute to the spirit of river running.

Since then, Rafters has hosted more than a million rafters and kayakers whose appetites were fueled by adventure and adrenalin. After millions of meals, it was time for a makeover. We are pleased to unveil a spectacular "new" Rafters on Friday May 19th starting at 6 pm with a complimentary wine and cheese followed by a delicious 3-course meal and lively entertainment. Tickets are $49 and reservations are essential. Please call 613.646.2241 ext 0 to book. See you then.
